As guests enter the main gates of the NRA Whittington Center, the John M. Schooley Administration Building stands ready to welcome visitors to the property. But don't let the traditional Southwestern design of this building fool you. Take a look inside:

The vaulted ceiling and floor’s tile inlay make quite an impression as guests walk through the doors and are greeted by Whittingon Center staff. While in the lobby, examine the Founder’s Wall, watch an informational video, or pick up some brochures.

Head straight back to enter the gift shop, which sells everything from clothing and jewelry to optics for hunting rifles. From inside the gift shop, check out the Frank Brownell Museum, the perfect place to see guns and items of historical significance to the Southwest. Other guns on display include those used for hunting and competitive shooting on the grounds of the Whittington Center.

For people on a quest for knowledge, the Bud and Willa Eyman Research Library offers a wealth of books and reference material on firearms, hunting, gunsmithing, history, and much more.
