This invitational match showcases the Historic 3‑Gun (H3G) discipline — an action shooting sport built around the use of historic‑type firearms typical of the early 1900s with iron sights and classic designs.
Participants will navigate a series of engaging stages, each designed to test firearm handling, accuracy, and timing while engaging steel targets of varying size and distance. H3G emphasizes fun, challenge, and a touch of living history, with many shooters donning era‑inspired attire reflecting the sport’s roots around 1915.

Come stay with us! The general public is welcome to stay at the Whittington Center. There is a broad range of housing to accommodate individuals, couples, and small to large groups.
Shooters can take part in competitive shooting, rifle and pistol silhouette, bullseye disciplines, and even black powder muzzle-loading rifles.
