Becky Fish has dedicated more than 20 years of service to the NRA Whittington Center, building a career rooted in leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to the Center’s mission and community. Throughout her tenure, Becky has held several key leadership positions including Accounting Manager, Human Resource Manager, and Board Secretary, a role she faithfully served in for 10 years. From 2019 through 2025, she served as Deputy Executive Director, helping guide the organization through continued growth, operational development, and program support before being appointed Executive Director in 2026.

Over the course of her career, Becky has played an integral role in supporting the NRA Whittington Center’s mission of preserving America’s shooting sports heritage while providing exceptional opportunities for recreational shooting, firearm education, outdoor adventure, hunting, youth programs, and competitive events. Her extensive institutional knowledge, dedication to the Center’s members and supporters, and passion for the organization’s values make her uniquely suited to lead the Center into the future.

What Becky values most about the NRA Whittington Center is its people and what the organization represents—a commitment to freedom, tradition, education, and community. Her leadership reflects a genuine appreciation for the relationships built through the Center and the lasting impact its programs have on individuals and families across the country.

Outside of her work at the Center, Becky enjoys spending time with family and fishing, embracing the outdoor lifestyle that is deeply connected to the spirit of the NRA Whittington Center.
